TalentforBIZ are career fairs organized in important centers in the world with the support of the Human Resources Office. TalentforBIZ aims to promote Türkiye as a global talent hub for worldwide talents and inform young talents abroad about the career opportunities in Turkish companies that operate internationally.
TalentforBIZ helps valuable international brands of Türkiye and their HR managers to meet with young talents from all nationalities. Turkish companies and institutions come together with young talents in activities such as interviews and workshops to inform young talents about career opportunities.
TalentforBIZ was held in Germany, England, Uzbekistan, and South Africa in 2019. In 2020, it was held in Uzbekistan, Pakistan, and Kazakhstan. Other events planned for 2020 were canceled due to COVID-19, also could not be held in 2021 due to the global pandemic. In 2022, events were held in the Netherlands, England, and Germany, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the USA. The first event of 2023 was held in Indonesia.

The first TalentforBIZ event was held on April 5th-6th, 2019 in Köln with 21 participating institutions.
TalentforBIZ England was held on April 27th, 2019 in London with 20 participating institutions.
