National Talent Fairs, organized under the coordination of Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office, in order to increase the employability of our university youth, provide equal opportunities in accessing job and internship opportunities, and make all young people feel that they are talent, starts with the first fair in Samsun on March 2.

In October 2019, the fairs were organized in 8 regions; in 2020, the fairs had to be suspended after being held in 4 regions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  This year, the fairs will be held in 11 regions, and in Ankara for the first time. In addition to helping hundreds of thousands of young people to meet with employers and benefit from employment opportunities, National Talent Fairs also enables employers who need qualified human resources to meet with young people directly.

The fairs will be held with the cooperation of 151 universities, 11 of which are hosts; and the participation of professional chambers, thousands of public and private sector institutions/organizations, and our SMEs which have the largest share in youth employment.

The fairs will be held in Samsun, Trabzon, Erzurum, Elazig, Gaziantep, Adana, Kayseri, Isparta, Izmir, Tekirdağ, and Bolu respectively, and the final fair will be held in Ankara.
The fairs eliminate physical and psychological distance between employers and students, and it provides an opportunity for young people to have one-on-one contact with employers, it is also supported to gain business-related experiences through job and internship interviews, case studies, information meetings, and workshops to be organized at the fairs. In order to catch these opportunities, young people only need to apply to the hundreds of events opened by employers through the online platform Talent Gate, which are suitable for their departments and interests.
In addition to the opportunities provided to university students, the fairs also contribute to meeting the talented human resource needs of both public institutions and private sector organizations.

All Processes Are Carried Out Easily Through Talent Gate

Young people who want to participate in the fairs can follow all the processes through Talent Gate, as well as register for the Fair and apply for all job-internship interviews and special events planned within the scope of the Fair. For this reason, it is important that young people take care to fill in their profiles on the Platform, which allows them to express themselves most accurately.
Institutions and organizations examine the profiles of young applicants and invite them to job/internship interviews and various events that they share through Talent Gate.
