The "Distance Learning Gate," a digital training platform developed by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office with the objective of enhancing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of public sector employees, is now accessible for utilization by civil servants and other personnel employed within the governmental agencies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

As part of the collaborative efforts between the Human Resources Office of Türkiye and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the primary objective is to enhance efficiency through the promotion of professional, social, and personal growth among public sector personnel. The Academy of Public Administration, dedicated to training public administration experts using contemporary methodologies and facilitating the professional advancement of public employees, will be integrating the Distance Learning Gate as its digital training platform.

More than 500 thousand Azerbaijani civil servants will benefit from the training materials

Having been used by 1,596 public institutions and reached more than 200 million training views since its foundation, the Distance Learning Gate, with its variety of training content will be accessible to over 500,000 public employees in Azerbaijan.

The technical work regarding the platform's use in the Republic of Azerbaijan has reached its final stages. The signing of a cooperation protocol between the two countries is planned soon. Over 36,000 training materials in Distance Learning Gate will be provided with Azerbaijani language support to enhance the professional, personal, and social development of civil servants.

The Republic of Azerbaijan will be the first Turkish state to use the e-insan mobile application

Access to the Distance Learning Gate will also be available through the e-insan mobile application, encompassing all career services related to training and professional life, developed by the Human Resources Office. Consequently, in accordance with the memorandum of understanding signed with member countries at the Ninth Summit of the Organization of Turkic States, the Republic of Azerbaijan will become the first state to utilize the e-insan application developed by Türkiye.

A stronger Turkic world in human resources

The cooperation between Azerbaijan and Türkiye plays a pivotal role in the development of the region. Since in numerous spheres, from transportation to energy, from industry to trade, the two countries have achieved successful partnerships, the same level of stability in the field of human resources is also expected to be attained.

The provision of the Distance Learning Gate and e-insan to the brother country Azerbaijan will pave the way for increased cooperation in the field of human resources between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, pioneering the development of people-centric policies.

Through the development of innovative human resources policies that enhance human capital, the Human Resources Office is persistently working to move Türkiye towards a more influential and competitive position on the international stage.
