International “Istanbul Human Resources Forum”, organized by The Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office, aimed at shaping the innovative human resources practices needed to make Türkiye a talent hub and creating a national talent management model, will be held on December 5-6, 2022, at the Istanbul Congress Center.

The Forum, themed "Talent Hub of the New Century" will bring together private sector and public institutions, non-governmental organizations, local administrations, academia, representatives of international organizations, and human resources professionals to provide a platform for experience sharing on an international level.

The Forum aims to establish a shared culture between the public sector and the business world by bringing together all relevant stakeholders for the first time. This event will provide participants with the opportunity to learn about successful human resources practices from around the world and within Türkiye, develop an awareness of current issues, and gain competencies through a professional communication network.

 

3,000 Participants from Over 20 Countries to Convene at the Forum

The two-day Forum, which will gather approximately 3,000 participants from over 20 countries, will address each stage of the talent management model, from human resource planning and talent discovery to data-driven human resources management, supported by tools and methods developed and effectively used by The Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office.

Workshops such as the "Turkic States Organization e-insan Workshop", "Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Human Resources Practices Workshop", and meetings aimed at enhancing the capacities of university career centers and local administrations will be held during the Forum. Additionally, contemporary topics such as the experiences of women leaders and talent mobility nowadays will be evaluated with the participation of relevant parties.

During the "Stakeholders Feedback Meeting", The Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office will collect opinions and suggestions regarding the agendas of all parties, fostering the creation of a consensus. A final declaration will be prepared and shared with the relevant parties in the coming days.

The HR Forum will conclude with a concert by the Presidential Classical Turkish Music Choir.
