The professional development of our young human resources, from the education period to retirement, is our greatest competitive power. Digital tools and services developed by Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office within the framework of the talent management model, such as Career Gate, National Internship Programme, Distance Education Gate, Career Counseling Information System, Talent Gate and YTNK TV have been accepted and widely used in the business world, especially in the public sector.

All these tools and services developed by the Human Resources Office have been combined in the digital service point e-insan. With a single point in a technology-oriented, highly accessible, equal opportunity, and transparent manner, it is aimed to increase the employability of individuals and support their development by providing services.

While young people have direct access to job and internship opportunities in the public sector with Career Gate on e-insan, in the private sector with Talent Gate. At the same time, public employees can access educational content and digital broadcasts through Distance Education Gate and young people through YTNK TV.

As an integrated tool that will guide human resource acquisition in our strategic projects and continue to provide employment opportunities in both the public and private sectors to all our citizens within the scope of equal opportunity, e-insan is the most advanced mobile digital platform in the world in terms of the services it provides and the technology infrastructure it uses. In this direction, e-insan mobile application was published by the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI) as a leading innovative model project in public administration.

With the blockchain technology that will be integrated into e-insan, competencies and achievements of our citizens will be protected throughout their lives. Our country will be transformed into an important talent center of the world with different dimensions to be acquired to e-insan in the future; therefore, the international competitiveness of our human resources will reach a high point. At the same time, domestic and international mobility opportunities for our human resources will be developed, and international accreditation will be provided.
