The Human Resources Office of the Presidency cooperates with the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) to share experience and knowledge in the field of human resources between Türkiye and the Turkic states.
Upon the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office’s proposal, the subject of "Human Resources" was added to the areas of cooperation of the Organization of Turkic States in 2022. Within the framework of the 2040 Turkic World Vision goal, joint works are continued in the field of human resources management.
The Human Resources Meeting was held on July 2022 ,28-27 in Istanbul with the participation of senior human resources executives of member and observer countries of the OTS.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to form working groups in four different areas and to sign a Memorandum of Understanding.
In Istanbul Human Resources Forum, Country representatives shared information and experiences by presenting best practice examples in the field of human resource management.
Bilateral relations are being developed with member and observer countries of the OTS. Written cooperation agreements have been signed in the field of employee training and development activities. The aim is to strengthen and expand cooperation through these written agreements.
The Extraordinary Summit of Turkic States was held on March 16, 2023 in Ankara, with the theme of "Disaster-Emergency Management and Humanitarian Assistance". The Ankara Declaration, which was accepted by the Heads of State during the summit, highlights "Strategic Human Resources Management" as one of the areas of cooperation.
As stated in the 2022-2026 OTS Strategy Document, joint capacity development programs, sharing of best practices, academic exchange programs, and postgraduate education programs are aimed to be organized in order to strengthen collaboration in the field of human resources management.
